We believe in offering flexible snow & ice removal options for commercial properties.
Each service tier is designed to align with different budgets, service expectations, and risk tolerance levels. Whether you need comprehensive coverage or just essential clearing, our goal is to provide a solution that meets your property's unique needs—keeping it safe, accessible, and well-maintained all winter long.
Seasonal (Flat Rate) Contract
A flat monthly or seasonal rate, regardless of the amount of snowfall. This offers predictable billing and the contractor obligation to respond to all snow events.
Per Event Contract
A set fee is established with our customers per snow event. This offers easier budgeting per event, contractor is on-call for full event duration, and is best suited for medium to large properties.
Per Push (Per Visit) Contract
A charge is made for every time the contractor comes to service during the snow event. A set fee is established for the services. this is best for medium to small properties. This is budget friendly for only paying for services requested.
Seasonal with Cap Contract
This is a hybrid model for flat fee up to a certain about of snowfall. Additional charges apply beyond the cap and those fees are established with the client. This offers a balanced risk for both client and contractor.
Retainer + Per Push Contract
The client pays a monthly retainer to ensure availability, then additional fees per push (visit) or per event. This is best for high-demand commercial properties. This guarentees service priorities.
